Chicony designs miscellaneous classes, speeches and seminars for our employees and managers.
Based on managerial scope and responsibility, we divide managers into 4 levels, including front-line supervisors, middle-level managers, middle-level directors, and executives. For each level, we have defined its corresponding managerial competencies and developed required training courses based on span of control and the extent to which they are involved in Chicony’s decision making. This helps our managers improve leadership skills when they get promotion.
Chicony not only focuses on enhancing each employee’s functional expertise, but also allocates resources for general classes and topic seminars. In addition to required courses and certification trainings for each job band and function, we encourage everyone to attend general classes or participate in cross-functional seminars, so that we can advance Chicony’s overall knowledge-based productivity and core competitive advantage.
